1. Processing and Shipping Time
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your order to process.
1.2 Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information within five (5) business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination and logistical factors. The estimated delivery times are:

Europe: Five (5) to twelve (12) days.

Worldwide: Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and customs procedures. Usually between Six (6) to thirteen (13) days.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Return Period and Conditions
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, provided that the item:

Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Has the original tags and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3.2 Costs and Procedure

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Returns must be sent to the designated warehouse. Specific instructions will be provided upon a return request.
3.3 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the customer will be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) business days via the customer’s original payment method.
Note: Bank and credit card processing times may vary, which could delay the actual receipt of the refund. If the refund is not received within seven (7) business days after approval, the customer is advised to contact info@lights-studio.com.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order is delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must immediately contact info@lights-studio.com, providing:
- The order number.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
A replacement will be send free of charge.
Each case will be assessed individually, and appropriate measures will be taken.
